Datacap is the payment gateway that sits underneath card processing on NX Restaurant. Every integrated transaction, whether it is a dip at the counter, a tap tableside, or a guest paying at a PAX A3700 display, passes through Datacap’s secure, PCI-compliant middleware on its way to your processor.
That separation matters. Datacap connects NX to your payment terminals and to your processor, so card data is handled by purpose-built payments infrastructure rather than by the POS itself. On supported readers, card data is encrypted end to end.
